How to Have More Intimate Friendships

Join us for an in-person social event all around how to build platonic intimacy, so you can experience deeper and more meaningful relationships (of all types!)

If you're interested in diving deep and exploring big questions through fun guided conversations proven to help you create a deeper connection with yourself and new people, this in-person Connection Feast in Seattle is for you.

Romantic relationships shouldn't be only type of relationships that make you feel loved, appreciated, and giddy on the regular. Intimate friendships, in particular, are one of the most important types of connections you can have.

Intimate and non-romantic relationships are often overlooked in our romance-driven society, but having (and maintaining) deeply intimate friendships is a vital part of living a meaningful and fulfilling life.

With intimacy, you can get closer with people because you allow yourself to show the awkward truths of who you are and what you're experiencing in life (and want to experience). But that can be hard to do...especially because you most likely grew up seeing intimacy and vulnerability portrayed as a weakness, when in reality, it's actually extremely courageous.

So, what does intimacy within your platonic relationships really mean for you, and how do you cultivate more intimacy so you can create, strengthen, or maintain all different kinds of relationships (especially friendships) in your life? Let's discuss!

If you're interested in connecting deeper with both yourself and with other people in Seattle, and have an open mind to look at yourself and how your mindset around intimacy has impacted your life…Then this in-person Seattle City Feast is for you!

By the time you leave this Feast, you'll definitely feel like you've connected deeper more with yourself and others, while also feeling inspired to to level-up all connections in your life.
